Giving old contract airtime

Hi,

I upgraded my MTN Topup 100 contract to get a Samsung Galaxy S4 on MTN Topup 200. However I am still on an MTN Topup 100 contract and only receive R100 airtime every month. I've tried to get hold of you and my wife has complained on the site but I have gotten no response or explanation.
