Hi, I have 3 blackberry contracts with cell c.
My blackberry doesn't work anymore. I still have 8 months left on the contract.
Cellc Greenacres has told me that I cannot pay off 5 months in advance to upgrade early.
The system wont allow it.
I said I didn't even want the airtime, i just need a working phone on a new contract.
Then I asked if I can cancel my contract prematurely and he didn't make any sense either, I took away from the
conversation that it would be a bad decision and that they would just credit the money i pay ahead of time and they would still give me my topup airtime.

WHAT I WANT: Can I just pay in 5 months worth of the contract, (I Don't even want the topup airtime) keep my number and upgrade from a Topup R149 to a STRAIGHT UP 30 TOPUP R376PM ON A 24 MONTH CONTRACT BLACKBERRY Z10 with the essential blackberry 10 plan.

This is a win win for cellc, they get their money, don't give me the airtime and I sign a new 24 month contract.
