Bad billing and bad services

I am paying for a contract, which is on my friend's name. Vodacom has insane price plans. OUR line got blocked because of, what I believe is unnecessary or unknow charges. I have the Smart Standard 229 contract and the number that it is on got blocked even before I could use majority of the stuff. I have minutes and messages left and SOME data but our line got blocked. I have also already paid for line activation and other admin fees IN THE SHOP WHERE AND WHEN WE DID my upgrade. This is poor service and I feel I'm being charged for stuff that I have already paid for. According to the Vodacom website the outstanding balance on MY number is R485 BUT I got an sms saying that the outstanding balance is R1200. I'm NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS AT ALL. If any of the managers reads this then you can gladly contact me for more information.
