PRE-PAID LINE BLOCKED AGAIN

I logged a complaint on the 26 October 2013 due to unethical conduct of Vodacom to let their associate RMCS to fiddle with my pre-paid number 0725715615 without my authority and switching the line to a contract. The same line was reinstated on the 28 October 2013 following Hello Peter's involvement. Today on the 04/11/2013, once more my number is blocked again, I cannot even contact Vodacom's customer service and people cannot contact me as the voice mail state that my number does not exist. Vodacom is pathetic and a nightmare. Please assist.
