POOR SERVICE, UNFAIR TREATMENT AND BAD ATTITUDE

I was not happy with my data bill, so I queried and did not pay the excess billed as I wanted this investigated. They then blocked both my data and voice lines even though I paid the voice line in full and paid the data subscription. The only amount not paid is the excess. They blocked my line on Friday night while the accounts department was closed so I could not phone and query. I phoned them on Saturday morning and the woman on the phone says even if I have a dispute I must still pay the excess and then only will the unblock my line. I said to her the person I spoke to the day before said it was fine to not pay the excess until the query is resolved. She then says there's nothing she can do. I must phone the data department and tell them to query the bill which I had done already. I said to her its not fair for me to pay for something when Vodacom has made a mistake. She says to me Vodacom did not make a mistake and I must just pay the extra R523 charged. Is the kind of service Vodacom customers can expect? If so, please refund my money. cancel my contract and come pick up your handset and 3G device. I will go to another service provider.
