OVER BILLING!!!

I had paid my Vodacom Acc on the 30th of March, I had no outstanding fees prior to the day. On the 7th of May I had my phone on GSM, enabling me from using BBM, and accessing the internet. I then call Vodacom to enquire why my network is on GSM. The consultant then informs me that its because my acc is in arrears with an outstanding balance of R398.88.

1) From the 1st to the 7th of May, Vodacom did not inform me on any outstanding balance, not via SMS or call. Instead they kept quite to allow the penalty fees to increase as each day passes.

2nd) I had made my payment on the 30th in full, yet I still get told I should pay amounts which come from no where!

3rd) I had put in a request in April to stop my debit order, and have still not gotten feedback from Vodacom.

I refuse to pay the outstanding balance, because it was Vodacom's negligence in informing me of the amount I had outstanding balance to pay, that amounted in this ridiculous amount due on my account.

PS: This is the 2nd time Vodacom has billed me unfairly... SECOND TIME!!!
