Vodacom - Worst customer service

We live in Park Central complex, about 56 people having vodacom contracts. And our gate telephonic intercom system has a vodacom contract.

It is almost a year now since I raised the first complaint, personally at vodacom. No one has signal. Then I heard they are building a new tower, which never happened up to date. I have been 5 times there and back, each time hearing the same. They do not even want to install us an antenna for our complex since "it is too expensive" (shame). Vodacom is the biggest money of all cellular networks. I have an 8ta internet stick and the service I get from them is good.

I have spoken to the official radio planner in person, he told me I must wait ANOTHER month or two BEFORE I will be notified about what is going to happen.

Then again it is so much pain to change network operators. The best to do is to get after market antennas.

If VodaCom does not like this, they should maybe invest a bit more in customer satisfaction (which they clearly do not care about).

They are clearly not worrying in losing 57 customers... As long as they have money the are happy. the general cusomer!
