I live in somerset west and I am very very very unhappy with vodacom.
They are according to me NOT the best is SA.
Vodacom does not even have signal at my house, signal is on off, on off. I live very close to a tower.
I have reported the issue before, the response was:
"we are aware of the problem, but can not say when it will be fixed. WOW THAT IS SERVICE! USELESS!!!
In the meantime it has gotten worse!
I still need to pay my account. I don't get anything in return or a update or progress report NOTHING!
I am so disappointed in vodacom, NO OTHER NETWORK IS SO PATHETIC!
ANOTHER THING: Why do I get dropped calls, and possibly pay VODACOM
YOU VODACOM are the network, if the network is the reason for the problem, WHY must I PAY?
How much money does VODACOM make out of dropped calls?
And then I have to call the person back AGAIN and you VODACOM makes MORE MONEY!
And WHY are there so many dropped calls in the first place? If you have the best network in SA this should not happen, AT ALL!!
3g on all major roads - This is not true!! Go do this exercise again. Many Many times I just want to view the news. I am on the N1 or N2 the biggest road in SA, guess what EDGE!
