Still no response from Vodacom regarding this

Hi, i have been constantly reporting poor signal in the mayfair west area of johannesburg to Vodacom. For months i was told that i should contact a company called poynting to install an antenna to resolve our signal problems. Poynting quoted us in the region of R16000 to install this antenna which i feel is totally ridiculous. 5 months later i get an sms from Vodacom stating that they are aware of the poor signal in our area and a site is being located to install the new tower and that being the sultan bahu centre. its 2 years later and we are still left frustrated in our offices with no signal at all. i have given up on waiting for vodacom to install this new tower which is no where near to even being started. i have instructed all my staff members to move to another network as this network problem is hampering our working relationship with clients as they are always unable to get hold of us on our mobile phones. i would greatly appreciate some feedback and a time frame from someone at Vodacom on the status of this proposed tower.
