Paying for a No Service

I have been a loyal Vodacom customer for close on 14 years now and have recently upgraded to a new Iphone 240 contract with Vodacom and am paying quite large amount of money for a Service I simply cannot use... firstly i have purchased an Iphone 5 at Vodacom expecting to be able to use the new "Faster" LTE network however this is a relatively new service so expectedly and understandably there are problems with this.
In light of Vodacom's LTE being a problem one should expect that 3G would be the next Data option for me however this seems to also be a problem and this i cannot accept. i had called Vodacom on numerous occasions regarding the lack of 3G signal at my home however it seems nothing is being done to solve the problem. Vodacom advised me that I live my closest Signal tower is just 500 meters away, and the next closest Signal tower is 600 Meters away in the opposite direction meaning I live within a 1KM radius of both of these towers and still cannot get a 3G signal at all... as the complex i live in falls outside of the 3G coverage map... Ridiculous!!!

So disapointed in Vodacom's service
