I have very, very bad or no Vodacom signal at my house in Three Rivers Vereeniging. I am not the only person complaining. We have 5 Vodacom contracts in this household. I am staying here for 14 months and can not use my Vodacom contract. Vodacom responded that they have installed a new tower 200m from my property and have to wait for Telkom to switch it on. This tower however has been installed a very long time ago!!! In the meanwhile I have to pay my vodacom contract and can not use it. This is unacceptable!!!
