Vodacom Refuse To Help

For the last 2 years we complained about the poor signal in our complex at Sasolburg. Vodacom have not sent a person to our complex to see what can be done to help us. If Vodacom's MD would have stayed in this complex a repeater or booster station would have been installed already. We all pay our bills in full every month but Vodacom don't provide the service, we had to get in your car and drive until you have signal to make a call. Vodacom said that they having a problem to erect a tower in our area, but how is it possible that such a big and powerful company not have the ability to do what is needed to provide a service? We are /- 40 people in the complex with the same problem. Vodacom are in bridge of contract by taking our money and not providing a service.
