Hi Peter: i had a Vodacom contrack for just over 2 years. I had a Nokia E7. Then something went wrong with my phone, i went to Vodacom Springs to get it repaired. They took my phone and put it in a bag with the job no on, On the same day my upgrade was due i didnt know, so Jaco said i must upgrade. There was no phones in stock and i cant be without a phone because my husband is sick, The only phone Jaco could give me was a Sony Xperia V because there was no stock, otherwise i must wait and u could not wait. On the 3rd day i went back to Vodacom bacause the phone was switching on and off, and it was burning your hand so hot it bacame. So Jaco told me its because the phone is so thin the heat must go to the cover otherwise the software will burn. and i knew it was a bul story, the on and off was the battery its not charge enough, So i went home. On the 19 th of April i went back with the phone to Vodacom because off the on and off. I speak to the manager Verner he said the phone must go for repairs and i said no i dont want a 2nd hand phone because its not new anymore if its been worked on. i want a new one because its unacceptable to me. i bought a new one.
