Terrible service from vodacom

I was on the way home from work and i had almost gotten mugged the phone fell and got it got damaged.the screen cracked and the phone is not powering up.it has been three weeks ow that the phone is with vodacom.it has been transferred to so many vodacom stores.vodacom has not been updating me with what is happening with my phone, i have been making plenty of phone calls for the past three weeks which is costing me a whole amount of airtime. vodacom says that the phone cannot be repaired and if it has to be repaired it will cost me 75% of the selling price or i must buy a new phone. i have a two year warranty on the phone and vodacom is not helping. it is a vodafone smart phone an i think its silly as to why they cant fix it. the service is absolutely disgusting. i dont think i will purchase a phone from them ever again. all i need them to do is fix the phone or just give me a new phone or else reimburse me with my money back. 3 weeks is too long to wait for a phone to be repaired and no feed back form them. my phone is only 2 months old. im angry due to no one being able to help and vodacom is a well recognized company. cant believe they are doing this and i bought the phone cash.
