WOW!!! VodaCom does it again!
I bought a Sony Experia earlier this year. Shortly thereafter (about 2 months) I had not reception. I took it to VodaCare in Alberton. They had the phone for 3 weeks and told me that they just did a software upgrade! I had the phone for about 2 weeks and guess what NO SIGNAL AGAIN! I then took it to VodaCom Traderoute Mall and done a Sim Swop. The signal was Ok for about 2 to 3 days and started again. I recently took it back to TradeRoute's VodaCom. They sent the phone to Sony. The phone came back with a quote of about R5000 to repair. I WILL NOT pay for VodaCom / Sony's problematic phones!!! So VodaCom/ Sony is telling me that there is physical damage to the phone and hence warranty has lapsed. The PHONE HAD THIS ISSUE SINCE I BOUGHT IT and I expect my phone to be fixed / replaced!!!
