I have recently reported a complaint to About MTN Cape GATE... I Now wish to add MTN as a whole... I have had one debacle after another... after upgrading one of my cellphone contracts... I had the phone less than 12 hours, the phone was faulty from the start and I returned the phone to Cape Gate .. they could not exchange the phone because the box was torn... broken... they said they would send it back to Nokia... and it takes 10 days well we are now 3 weeks down the line... I told them to cancel the upgrade... and nothing...

Even having phoned the call centre twice... my problem has been escalated... to??? NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING...

Cape Gate says I cant cancel the upgrade and MTN Call centre say they waiting for Cape Gate to process... I am now currently on the phone to MTN call centre 20 minutes on hold while Malisa is trying to figure out what is going on...!!!

I am so hopping mad... and all this over a torn box... a piece of cardboard that cost less than R 10.00
