Relocated to Western Cape May 2012. Went into the Cape Gate branch June 2012 and a agreement was reached with consultant that no payments will be made as i did not have a job at that stage. I notified FNB of my adress change this same day. Got a letter of summons regarding outstanding amounts on acccout but never recieved an account, never recieved a phone call. Went to Cape Gate branch twice now and no one can help me. They refer me to call centre. The call centre advised there is nothing they can do. Whilst speaking to the call centre I asked for statements a as Fnb Cape Gate cannot print statements. A month and half later still no statements. My complaint is as follows. Accoring to everybody i question regarding this matter no arrangement was made. No one called me, sent me statements or even tried to contact me to say that payments are falling behind. Now all of a sudden i get a summons letter. Thats a nice way of conducting business.
