This is my first contact on behalf of my client... and this will be my last. I am going to recommend to my client to move service providers... Waited in telephone queue for over 20mins, also on live chat the support person just stopped conversing with me no reason after I requested him to call me, 2 online web messages to contact me went unheeded, and absolutely no-where on the website to send a simple email... shocking to say the least.
