Cell C Cape Gate delivers bad service delivery

I was informed that I can upgrade my 2 cellphone ccontracts with Cell C. I went into the Cell C store at Cape Gate shopping centre whereas I stood around for a long while waiting for assistance. Then the sales person assisted another client before me that came into the store after me. When someone eventially assisted me I applied to upgrade my contracts to receive 2 new Blackberry 9790's. I have completed all the forms made all the copies and went though the whole procedure whereas they only THEN informed me that they did not have the phones in stock. They promised me that they will order them and call me within the following week for collection of the phones at the store. It has now been longer that 2 weeks and I still do not have my phones. I have to phone THEM everytime to get feedback to hear if there are any progress. When I phone, the persons I speak to aren't very helpful and all they say is I know your waiting long and we are still waiting for our stock. NO apologies or anything from them. They are not professional in any way and deliver bad customer service. I want someone to please assist me in getting what I applied for as soon as possible.
