Hi, this Mrs Kriel. We gave an BB9300 in for Repaiers with a faulty speaker a MTN Cape Gate, where this contract was renewed. The phone is now beteen 6 to 8 months old and now MTN is demanding charges of R1300 for repair work, but the phone is still under giarantee. They claim whitout prove that the phone has fallen. I mailed the repair cntre, we got mail back, but without any succes. Could you please try and resolve this problem. We also don't get any joy from MTN at Cape Gate, from the supervisors.
