Pathetic service and no regard for CPA

I have just got back from Vodacom 4u in Cape gate Shopping centre where i tried to exchange my faulty Samsung S3 (sim card locking mechanism not working) an upgrade on my Vodacom account. I did the upgrade yesterday evening, not even 24 hours later, i was told by Corrine that the sales person was not there and that there is two sides to a story (calling me a). I told her the sales lady had not checked the sim as it was a sim swap, no fault of mine. I was told i signed for this. They must send the brand new less than 24 hour old phone with a legit problem away for vodashop to decide if they are going to repair or replace phone. I phoned Eric Winters store owner of my disgust and was told it is policy. I ask you where is the consumer rights, we have no rights, Vodacom 4u has no regard for cpa and they do whatever they please, so please think very carefully where you upgrade or buy your next cellphone.
