Being involved in a motor v vehicle accident my phone cracked, the repairs would be more expensive than getting a new phone. My upgrade was due in March, and having gone to Upgrade in January already. I visited my nearest Vodashop and the consultant told me to go to another branch because a premature upgrade can only be done there. Drove 30 km to only be told that i can only do this via the Call Centre. I then called them and was told i have to wait till March. Could the consultant not tell me that or are they so incompetent in providing a service?
Lately my network has been F*, called Vodacom "Customer Care" followed the voice prompts to speak to a consultant but no answer. Just stupid 'Gum gum style' music over and over!
I have still not upgraded, i dont think Vodacom is the Company for me.
