I ported to Cell C a couple weeks ago thinking that they are the superior network...
Since activating my BIS with Cell C for my blackberry I have found that it does not work 80% of the time which is extremely frustrating considering I am paying for a service which I cannot actually rely on or use!
When my BIS does actually work it is extremely slow which adds to the frustration.
My tablet works on Cell C data perfectly which shows that there isnt even a signal problem in my area.
I would like to know if Cell C is going to reimburse me for the BIS services of which I have paid for this month and been unable to use due to their issues with providing me with the services I have already actually paid for!
Please fix your issues and actually provide me with the BIS service I deserve considering I have paid you for it!!!
