6 Different upgrade dates, horrible Customer Care

October 2012 I went in to Vodacom to check upgrade dates as my dad was phoned by Vodacom to ask him if he would like to take his premature upgrade.
In October I was given the date: 28 December 2012. This being very close to his normal upgrade date, I made sure it was 2012 and not 2013.
Beginning of December we went in to see if we could order a phone as I know sometimes they do not have stock of the ones you want. We were then informed that the upgrade date was in fact February 2013. Very confused, we left.
Today we went in to Vodacom to take my phone in to the repair centre (which they could not find on the system) I eventually got that sorted out. I had spoke to a consultant at Customer Care prior to this who informed me that my upgrade date was APRIL 2013. I spoke to the upgrades consultant via the telephone and they could not answer me. At the repair centre I enquired again, I was given the following dates: 01 Dec 2013; 24 Dec 2013; 26 March 2013. I phoned in at 4:45 and after 12 minutes on the phone they put down on me. I'm glad that phone call was recorded.
