Really Poor Service

Hi,

I called in on the 22/03/13, to make an application for a Cell C contract and iPhone 5. I was informed my application has been approved. The application process went really well and the consultant was very professional., but thats where the compliment ends!

I called the contact center (084 145) in the week of 27/03/13 for feedback on my application because I had heard anything from Cell C at all. I was informed that the application had to go through another screening process which only got approved (funny enough) on the day, I had called in. I was then told the device will be ordered & delivered to me in 3 - 7 working days.

Once that period had elapsed I phoned in again on the 05/04/13 because AGAIN was not contacted.
At that point was told that they didn't have stock but the stock has now arrived and was ordered (Again on the same day I call in) and it would be delivered in another 3-5 working days. I called in again after no feedback on the 11/04/13 where I was told there was a system issue & everything had to be reordered. 4 calls later and today 18/04/13 I was told that my device would be delivered next week...! shocking service, and I'm still waiting for my device!!!
