I made an online application for a Samsung S4 and was informed that a consultant will be in touch within 48 hours. After a week was then when I got contacted from one of the consultants to process my application which at the end of the call I was pre-approved and told that a delivery will be made in 7-10 working days.
After 5 days was called by another consultant who said he wanted to complete my application of which I must send a copy of my ID, payslip, bank statement and proof of residence. Without hesitation i sent the files straight away and was told a delivery will be made in 1-2 working days. The 2 days passed then on the 9th day which was 2 days after the second consultant contacted me i called to follow up, i was told my application was declined on the 8th the day before i called due to my account number not being able to be confirmed but no one called to inform me. Then i asked why wasn't i informed and the consultant said someone was going to contact me like yeah right.
I was immediately contacted by the 1st consultant who processed my application and re-gave her my account number which she mis-noted in the 1st place. After a total of 13 working days still waiting.
