Last week I applied for a second contract for a tablet. Cell C Direct called me and informed me that all is processed and that I should be receiving this device on Monday dated 11/11/2013. I called in yesterday 12/11/2013 and was told that the application was only processed on Monday 11/11/2013 and the orders will go through yesterday afternoon. This morning I called and was advised that there isn't stock of the item that iI require. I have informed Cell C Direct that this tablet needed to be delivered today 13/11/2013. No feedback was given and I have to call in for updates. This is ridiculous. I was told that if I go to a Cell C store, I would have to cancel this contract and redo the entire application and will be supplied only if there is stock. Surely after explaining the urgency of receiving this device I could have been advised if there was stock or not so other arrangements could be made?
