I stay in Midrand and have made a complaint a year ago about terrible signal. Vodacom silenced me by telling me that they are busy adding a new tower in my aria, but this has never happened.
Further more, the bad signal isn't only at my house. Where ever I go, I feel Vodacom has the worst signal of all the cellphone carries. This isn't only on my phone, so don't tell me I need to update or what ever, my wife and all my friends struggle with the same issue. DROPPED CALLS. We ALL get missed calls without the phones even ringing. I will stand and look at my wife's phone, call it and it will go straight to voicemail.
The 3G is a joke. We literally have one seat in our house with 3G and it still comes and goes. I've got 4 contracts from Vodacom and I will cancel them all if I have the chance.
