No delivery, no feedback

I pre-ordered a Samsung S4 on line and was then contacted by a lady called Celinah Maranyane who assisted me with the application on line and told me that the application has been approved and that the handset will be delivered on Friday the 26th of April 2013. Up to now the handset has not been delivered and I am not getting any feedback from Celinah even after numerous emails that I send to her "BEGGING" for feedback.
I called on Monday 29 April 2013 and was put on hold for about an hour. I phoned again on Tuesday 30 April 2013 and after about 30 minutes managed to speak to a lady called Lumka who checked on the system and informed me that my application has been approved but my employment still needs to be verified (sounds very strange), how is the application approved when some processes are not verified yet. She informed me that before end of (same) day somebody will contact me with feedback and delivery schedule.
Nobody called me and I am beggining to wonder if this thing is not a of some sort.
What does one have to do to get good service, if any?
