Slow smart device application

Good day,

As an existing FNB client, I have applied for the Samsung Galaxy S4 deal through my online banking account over a week ago. I received a message a day later notifying me that my application is being processed BUT this is the last I have heard from FNB. I am aware of the lack of stock in South Africa but this should not affect my application process. At this rate, once my application has been approved, stock has arrived and delivery has been made, I predict a 2 week wait for the device to arrive in my hands. This is completely unacceptable.

Please may I have some sort of feedback and if i am to wait another week, I would prefer to cancel my application and apply with a cellphone company who can give me the device on the same day of application with zero waiting period.
