On the 23rd August i called into Cell C 084145 to take out an additional contract in order to get an S4. I already have 2 contracts with Cell C. I was informed on the call that the application has been approved and the phone will be delivered within 7 days (30/08/2013). On the 29/08/2013 i called Cell C 084145 to find out when the phone will be delivered only to be told the application was only approved yesterday 28/08/2013 and therefore will take an additional 7 days to deliver. I called again to complain about the above and was then told that the application was approved on Monday 26/08/2013 and therefore the phone will be delivered next week Tuesday 03/09/2013. I find the lack of understanding and different stories regarding my application to be extremely unprofessional and reflects on how little the staff know about what they are talking about.
I want this matter looked into to ensure my phone is delivered tomorrow 30/08/2013 as discussed in my initial call. My line was also recorded.
