11 Nov till today & still no smart device

Smart device query has been carrying on since first application done on 11 November. Only once did someone call me back 12 Dec (Danell), who then said she will call me back with feedback 24-48 hrs, I am still waiting for that phone call. I then called again yesterday, and finally got to speak to someone (Rookeya Hajee), who investigated & informed what the problem was. Device has now be re-ordered, and now I am waiting on feedback, as to when the device will be delivered. Not once did FNB provide me with feedback since 11 Nov & everytime I spoke to someone they just told me delivery will take place in 10-15 working days, or they will email the relevant person to contact me. I think Ishould come work for FNB as I did all the work on this application.

My last day at work is Monday 23 December, and I really hope I will have my Samsung laptop before I go on leave???!!!
