Still waiting on delivery with no response

I ordered the Apple ipad (2 3G and Wi-FI) through FNB on the 15th January, i was contacted by a consultant who i cant remember the name of and he went through the whole process of checking details and capturing everything, he said that the device will be delivered within 10 - 15 working days. Now being more than 20 days i am still waiting for contact from someone to let me know whats going on. After more than 10 phone calls to the department all anyone can tell me is that i need to re contract for another device as the one i ordered was not in stock. Why did no one contact me to let me know. My colleague ordered exactly the same device on the 4th and hers is being delivered in 4 days - how can there be no stock? I received an email on Friday 8th to find out if i want another device, if i do i will then have to pay more, l why must it be at my expense that you have incompetent staff? I am once again saying that i want this to be sorted today or again i am going to take this further. I need feedback or someone to contact me today with regards to this.
