I suggest that before you read this, that you read my complaints about how vodacom put me through when waiting for my iphone 5 in december. I have discovered that even though I excepted a quote without these services. I took out an upgrade in December on a iphone talk 240 contract. This comes with Free data. This is the reason I selected this package. Vodacom did not take off the other packages for data, resulting in my bill being R200 over for jan, feb, march and I am told it will be taken off in april too even though they took the package off this month. I accepted a quote from the call centre in Dec. The quote was for iphone talk 240 ONLY. I have spoken to accouns twice over a week ago. I want my money back. I did not ask them to keep the old data package on. I told the call centre to bring up the recored call as I did the upgrade on the phone. This will confirm the total amount that I should be paying each month. Ref S3-TMB21-1P5Z6 AND S3-TMG3K-KP6PR. I was very clear on the phone. I asked the consultant, is this the total amount I will be billed for at the end of the month, she confirmed. The service is disgusting. why has vodacom not phoned me to sort it out?
