3 weeks and still waiting for clarity

I have a Vodacom contract which is sponsored by the company that I work for. In November last year I applied for a contract upgrade to an Iphone 4 I was told they where out of stock and had to wait until January when the phone was finally delivered.

My bill since taking the phone has been extremely high and when I initially enquired with Vodacom I was told this was due to Data usage. On further investigation I discovered that, my contract was never migrated to an iPhone package I was still on the Blackberry Package, my bill for April was R4 700.00, I advised Vodacom that I would not pay the bill until they re calculated and credited my account with my free bundles.

I have just received an e mail from them advising me that the amount due to me for the last two months due to incorrect billing is R1 395.22 but they are deducting R1 150 from that amount for 6 months subscription.

How is that possible that Vodacom is only refunding me for 2 months free data but they can deduct for a 6 months subscription that I know nothing about. No one from Vodacom has called me. My cell has been suspended for 3 weeks while I wait on them.
