Shocking Service

On the 17th April 2013 I renewed and upgraded my cellular contract with Autopage. I was told I would have my new device (Sony Xperia Z) within a week of the upgrade. It is now the 30th May and I have still not received my new device. After numerous emails and phone calls to the call centre I am told they have NO IDEA when I may get this new device. Considering I have 3 personal cellular contracts with Autopage, one of which was started in 1989, this is shocking service and clearly Autopage do not value their customers at all.
