At the begining of May, I upgraded from a Blackberry talk 100 to a Talk 200 which came with an iPhone 5 and I added on a 1 gig data bundle to it to cover the iPhone data use.
I was lead to believe that the upgrade was affect immediately which is not the case, so I am being billed for the new phone on the old contract.
The 1 gig data bundle was also not registered which no one can tell me why. This means that I have been using the iPhone under the assumption that I had 1 gig to cover internet and application usage.
The debit order for May was R1, 415.65, for June R1, 947.79, and my open amount now for July is R2, 717.11!
I was told it would be R400 for the package and an additioan R120 for the date... R520!
