On 23 December 2013 I upgraded my Vodacom Talk 500 to a Smart M Package with a Iphone 5S 16gb phone as part of the contract. Before ths I investigated various of vodacom's packages available and found they have a Iphone 5S 16GB on a Smart M with 500MB (not the 300MB it normally comes with) of data as a promotion on their website. Armed with this info I upgraded my Package @ Greenstone Vodacom Store and the clerk informed me that as of 1 January 2014 I'll be getting the allotted 500. I am yet to receive the 500MB data. After Numerous calls which ended in a agent promising me that I'll be contacted the same day to rectify this, I still have not had a single phone call, not only do the call centre have no idea what's on their own website, they do not even now about the promotions their own employer is currently running.. And your supposed to rate customer satisfaction!!!

Being a Loyal Vodacom customer for 15 years, this is totally unacceptable.
