I have been having a constant issue with my ping being unstable for the last 2 months. There has been three Technicians out to my place to sort out this issue, the last techy was very helpful and spent about two hours sorting out the issue! it was fine for about a week and then the issue strted back up again. i phoned in today to report the fault once agian! the tecnical support told me it is because i have a uncapped 2mb line... WHAT??? because i pay more and im on a 24 mounth contract i must be punnished??? im sick and death of this Issue!!! such a pain in the a@# to phone telkom and complain about your line, looks like the tecnical support are not trained properly.
I dont know were to to go from here?
Im almost sure its my exchange were the problem sits!! either the port is a problem or the excahnge has to much traffic.
So eaither way it must be fixed!!! TELKOM please WAKE UP!!!
