The excess was deducted ASAP but we are STILL waiting for the phone 3 weeks later. Nashua Mobile Fourways takes their phone off the hook which I saw with my own eyes. How do people settle for this type of service?
While typing this I have been waiting for 15 minutes on Nashua Mobile Insurance's line for them to answer.
I have been trying to contact Nashua Mobile Fourways the whole morning with no success. One time they actually put the phone down in my ear while waiting for them to answer. Even their email bounces.
I want people to know that this is not an isolated event, this is the majority of Nashua Mobiles service delivery as you can see by majority of these reports. I will be posting this report on Social sites to make this issue, as well as the general trend of Nashua Mobile, known.
If this problem is not seen to then legal steps will be taken for breach of contract. Which is recorded.
