On the first of April 2013, I upgraded my contract with Nashua Mobile. I requested a Nokia Lumia 920, which I only received on the 14th April 2013, due to stock shortages.
On the 3rd of May 2013, the phone froze on me and I had to return the phone to Nashua on the 4th of May. After waiting for sisteen days I had to drive back to Nashua to collect the phone again. I stay 40KM away from Nashua Mobile. I received the phone back on the 21 st of May. On Wednesday the 29th, the phone did excately the same to me as before. Once again I was stuck without a phone as the microsim does not fit in my spare phone. I own 2 businesses and cannot afford to drive up and down to ssort out a faulty phone. I requested that the phone be replaced as I have work to do. I was told that after the third time, they will assess the phone and The Nokia rep collected my phone and they did a software update.
The phone is still with them, as I refuse to take back the phone, because it gave me more than enough problems. Everytime I must drive up and down, Will Nashua Mobile refund my fuel and time, our can they just bully us into submission. I have told them I am going to my lawyer. The just said I am free to do so. That is the last.
