I upgraded 4 contracts through Nashua Mobile recently, the CellC porting and activation of the handset I am referring to took place on the evening 05/06/2013. The next day I realised that I cannot hear calls through the device earpiece (Samsung Galaxy S4) and took the phone to Nashua Central and it was booked in as an OBF (out of box failure).
I was then informed that I will receive a new handset within 7 days, on the 13th June I spoke to someone in the call centre (Thato) who told me that the phone was ordered but not packaged as yet. Regardless of that, I waited for someone to contact me from Nashua to inform me on the procedure.
Today 19/06/2013, I tried numerous times to call Nashua Central (Cheryse) but there is no answer and no handset. This means that I am getting charged by CellC for GB's that are not being used because I did not receive the phone on time.
This is a fail from Nashua Mobile, CellC and Samsung!
