I recieved the phone without any information of what i needed to download apps or get the full use of the phone. they were very quick to sell it to me and i just started my first job and i am unable to get a credit card.
This is the only way to pay for apps and i dont have any family member that has a credit card. I attempted to return and cancel the contract due to the credit card issue as stated above. Domonic the sales man advised me to pay for the return cost and when i queried it and asked for the manager he was not available and is still not. How do they expect me to pay for the return cost when i just started my first job. all i wanted from nashua was a phone i could use now i cant due to a credit card issue. Can one of the Nashua Managers please get back to me for a prompt solution.
