I took my phone in to Nashua Mobile (Chatterton Road) on Saturday 27 July 2013, I received an SMS on Wednesday 31 July 2013 that my device is currently @ the Technical Dept for repairs. Nashua Mobile Head Office phoned me on Monday 5 August 2013 to tell me it will be -R3000 to repair my phone and wanted permission to go ahead. I said that they can send it back, because I'm not going to pay for a Ribbon (slide) to be replaced if my contract is due for an Upgrade soon. One of the consultants at the Midlands Mall Branch told me that there will be no charge seeing that it's still under warranty. My question is, how can Nashua Mobile Head Office and the Midlands Mall Branch have different policies on device warranties?? I'm disappointed in the service that I'm getting from Nashua Mobile!!!
