Nashua Mobile - why are you in business??

A special was being advertised by Nashua Mobile, which i opted to take up. I received a call Wednesday 3rd April advising that my new phone was being packaged and will be delivered 4th April. My nominated delivery address was the Glen branch. On the 5th I went to the branch to collect my phone and to my dismay it was not there. I tried calling Riaan, he was not in the office and spoke to Jolanda who advised me she knew nothing about the deal and that her hands where tied and had to wait for Riaan on Monday. I followed up with the Glen on Satuday 6th and was advised that there was no stock of these phones and had to wait until the end of April.
I again made contact with Riaan 6th April who advised that the phone had been sent from KZN and would be at the Glen the same day. I called Nashua Mobile call centre, Simone advised she would follow up, I called the Glen branch who also said they would call me back.
It is now the 9th April and still no phone and still no response from any of the consultants that promised to call me back.

This lack of respect and common courtesy for a client really says allot about Nashua Mobile.
