Nashua Mobile do not care for their clients!

I have had a contract for more than 5 years. Went to Fourways Branch to review contract on 15 March. Was informed I could have upgraded the phone in November 2012! Renegotiated the contract for another term with a new phone. Was informed no stock of new phone at Fourways but would have delivered by 18th March.
Phoned the branch 4 times on 18th for progress - held on for 2 to 3 minutes each time - no reply! Phoned Customer Service to be informed 'no stock of phone' in the Group and that the reason for not answering the phone at the branch is that "in-store" client receives preference!
26th March today - 11 days later - and still no contact with me initiated by Nashua. All contact from my side. No courtesy call, no update - nothing.
My impressions of Nashua Mobile
On the Phone contract: Disgraceful that I should have to phone the "service provider" to find out what is going on with our mutual contract.
On the Calls: Disgraceful that they do not have a voice answering service so they can respond to messages left by new and existing clients?
On phone upgrade anniversaries: This would cost them money!
In conclusion: Avoid Nashua Mobile - they simply do not care for their clients.
