I have a problem with mtn which has been going on for long now.
They claiming that I owe them an amount more than R17000, now i never opened an account with them ever in my life and this is what I have been debating with them ever since sometime late last year. They keep smsing me and phoning me, giving me final demands for payment. Now I sent them an affidavit but still im getting the smses and phonecalls, I need to get to the bottom of this because I don't know whats happening or how my name ended up in their accounts and I have never even lost my ID. I have been asking for proof that I opened an account with them but got none. Please help me clear my name.
