Itced after settled account 6 months prio

Have a account which i settled last year in september already, with a settlement ammount given by one off the consultants. I kept getting statements saying my account is in arrears as well as final demand letters. I phoned numerous times since november asking what was going on. I was told my settlement amount reflected 2days after so interest was added and was not supposed to be added. I faxed proof of payment immidiately after the payment was made. Numerous accounts staff told me that they were sorry and that they will zero my account. Still i kept receiving final demands in the post for a amount of R 180. When i phoned the 21st jan 2013 i decided to note all conversations so that i know who i last spoke to, because obvouisly no one is doing what i was told they will do.

So then i spoke to a manager with the name fikile on the 21 jan i was told he will send me an account with a zero so that i know it is settled. But still i kept getting finals demands, when i phoned saterday morning 9 march i was told by another manager whos name i have noted that i was itced and that he is sending an email to accounts department while he is speaking to me.
