I have a vodacom Contract which I opened end of 2011.
I have been receiving deductions of my account now for a substantial amount of money and when I queried it I was told that I opened an additional contract on November 2012. Which i did not!
When I asked where my signature was and where i opened this apparent contract the consultant could not help me or tell me but just said that I had opened it.
I was told that the money will now be deducted again of my account. I have to now go and do affidavit for there mistake to prove i opened the account that i knew nothing about..
I would like this resolved and the money returned to me.
