DSTV Account Incorrect!!!

In December after Christmas, just before New Years, my DSTV was cut but it was paid long before the due date. Then to reconnect I had to buy R30 airtime to call them to clear up the misunderstanding. They reconnected me at no additional charge, only for me to find out at a later stage that I am owing Multichoice a R50 reconnection fee on my account! I have been phoning mulichoice everyday of the week so far to explain my problem and I sent proof of payment more than 3 times, but after being assured that my account will be cleared of that mistake it's still showing that I owe, I am still getting messages on my decoder and smses! At the rate I have been phoning, it has cost me quite a bit! At the end of the day it would have worked out cheaper just to pay the R50!!! What a waste of time and money! I feel like cancelling my DSTV account with multichoice! I have never been more dissapointed in my life!
